Hey! I'm Grace, and I graduated in 2019 with a BFA in graphic design from Middle Tennessee State University. I've been designing since fourth grade, when my portfolio consisted mainly of Powerpoint presentations with Marker Felt headings and gradients.  I'm passionate about photography, which manifests itself in the form of a side hustle, shooting portraits for couples and families.

I feed off of the creativity of others; it keeps me motivated.  I love having sound boards to bounce ideas off of.  Creating mood boards is a very therapeutic process for me; I love organizing my inspiration.

If I had to define my style/aesthetic, I'd say it's modern with a touch of whimsy.  I gravitate towards soft colors, traditional media, and collaging.

Fine art makes the commercial world digestible.  Design is a universal language, which makes it a very powerful and important tool.  As one of my favorite professors said, "What if you walked through the grocery store and everything was white?"  Designers add color and life to the world.

My other favorite things include peanut MnMs, soul music, nail polish, and paper crafting.  In my down time, you can find me watching vlogs, flipping omelettes, or listening to comedy podcasts.
